Honeymoon on..!

I meant the term break here..Having a good time over the past two days..Been to spiderman 3 yesterday..Well, I must say that was much better stuff in comparison with the previous versions..Actually it reminded me of an MGR movie with lots of villains in it.

This evening, I was anticipating to witness of a very very rare event..Federer losing..!..But it was not meant to be. The king lives on..Federer Davdenko match was a classic..with the master coming back from breaks down in each of the sets to win..!..Well, the second match does nt seem to go bad either..But I dont think Djokovic to upset the defending champ..

On the academic front, went thru the courses and profs for the term 2..Am just wondering if the profs would match the standards of the previous terms..Hoping so..!.Competitive strategy sounds kinda interesting/scary with all classes where real life cases would be discussed..

Two courses have CP (class participation) marks :( not to my liking..!..I just hope that they are not as bad as the Marketing class CP last term.

It's over..!

Well, not really, just the Term 1's finished and we can safely say we are 12.5% MBAs already..:)..Not sure if I have learned enuf for it but the next 7 look very promising..!

A break for 3 days..after a gruelling 1 week..and I think I'll be OK as for as the grades are concerned..(OK for me is average, right from my college days;))...

Yesterday, Prashant mentioned that Shraddha's expecting.! Great news that and I'm so happy for them..! They'd planned it well after 2+ yrs I think..!

3 days..and i want to relive the life of a couch potato for a short while.
And want to spend as much time with Sasi (my sweetheart) as possible..! may be take here out in hyderabad..! Have asked her to take a day off to'mrw..Hoping to spend some quality time tomorrw..!

2 tough days ahead..

Loads to study..accounts, eco,stats and the least priority mktg..! and less than 24 hrs to go..!..Kind of given up on some of the stuff..;(..Well, this is a big take away..prioritising stuff correctly (under pressure ;) when you cant have most of it..!..

Lots of caffeine to get it in the next few hours, lets see if I could make most use of the time left to be come out decent tomorrow.

First one from ISB

Trying to revive my blog with this..! Lets see how far I'm able to take it.
Brief on me..Me, in my first term at ISB, Hyderabad, kind of pissed off trying to manage time between subjects;) here.

The initial weeks were both exciting and also intimidating. But now that its almost a month here, I'm starting to feel that I could manage things OK here in the next 11 months.

The profs are one of the best..especially, Richard Waterman (stats), Mark Finn (accounting) & Piyush (Marketing) from the top b-schools in the world..Man, these guys are able to relate the most abstract of problems to the most practical scenarios and explain stuff.

Yesterday, got my stats midterm marks (one of the most feared ones) and was pleasantly surprised to find that I landed above average.;)

But, no time to celebrate..;(..Got the final exams next week..and I'm almost yet to start all the four subjects..Hoping to start 'something' by the evening..!

And hoping to come back and write something here soon..!
